Frequently Asked Questions
Guestlists, arrival times and booking basics.
Guestlists & free entry
How do I sign up?
Choose your event on Club Guestlists, complete the signup and save your pass. Follow the check-in instructions on that pass.
Is guestlist entry free—and is it guaranteed?
Guestlist can get you in free when you meet the event’s entry conditions. Admission is not guaranteed: free-entry availability, your arrival time and venue capacity all matter.
Do we need an equal number of men and women?
TAO Group no longer requires a male-to-female ratio per group. Free admission is still limited, and the pass may list different entry conditions or deadlines. Check the rules for your exact event.
Does guestlist work on holidays and big DJ nights?
It can, but free-entry availability may be limited. For major holiday weekends or high-demand events, buying tickets may be the better choice. Ask Dante about your date before deciding.
Do I need a ticket if I’m on the guestlist?
No—you only need one: guestlist or a ticket. Guestlist guests and ticket holders use separate entry lines. A ticket is the better option if you want guaranteed entry.
Can I change my date or group size?
Yes! Just sign up again for your preferred date or extra guestlist passes. Passes can’t be cancelled, but there’s no penalty for leaving them unused. Each signup allows up to 10 men and 10 women—select both for a mixed group, or submit another signup if you need more.
What if I can’t make it?
No worries—there’s no penalty for missing your guestlist reservation, and it doesn’t reflect poorly on me. I’ll just be sorry you’re missing out on the time of your life! I will catch you next time.
Arrival & check-in
What time should I arrive if I’m on the guest list?
- Nightclubs
- 10:00–10:30 PM
- OMNIA Nightclub
- 8:30–8:45 PM
- Dayclubs
- Noon–1:00 PM
Busy nights with major headliners may require earlier arrival. These are arrival recommendations, not free-entry guarantees. Follow any earlier deadline on your pass.
Why arrive early if my pass has a later cutoff?
The later you arrive, the longer the line is likely to be. Free-entry availability can run out before the listed cutoff, especially on busy dates. Being in line does not guarantee you’ll be admitted before the deadline.
Where do I check in?
Look for the guestlist line and follow the entrance instructions on your pass. Have your confirmation and physical photo ID ready; ticket and table check-in may use different lines.
What if I’m running late?
Guestlists usually have a firm cutoff—follow the time and rules printed on your pass. Arrive after it and expect to pay cover. If you’ll be late, buying a ticket in advance is usually smarter; prices tend to rise later. Busy events and holidays leave less flexibility, so arrive early!
Before you go
What should I wear?
Nightclub dress code
Dress for a night out. The following are always prohibited:
- Torn, cut-off or stained clothing.
- Offensive prints.
- Tank tops, swimwear, robes or towels.
- Athletic wear, including gym shorts, sweatpants and hats.
- Clothing with rivets, hooks, studs or similar hardware.
- Work boots or sandals.
Dayclub dress code
Men: Shorts are required. No work boots, jeans or stitched sports jerseys.
Women: Revealing swimwear is welcome—just keep nipples covered. Wear a cover-up when walking through the hotel.
Footwear: Flip-flops and sandals are perfectly fine for both men and women at dayclubs. Heels, platforms and wedges are also popular, so you won’t feel out of place if you want to dress it up.

What ID do I need?
Nightclubs and dayclubs are 21+. Bring a valid, physical government-issued photo ID and check the venue’s accepted-ID rules. Don’t rely on a photo of your ID.
Can I leave and come back?
Re-entry is allowed on slow nights, but it’s usually not allowed on busy nights, such as big nights at OMNIA or holiday weekends. Ask staff before leaving to confirm the policy for your event.
Bottle service
Get the details before you book. Your reservation confirmation sets the arrival deadline, payment terms and cancellation policy.
What does a table minimum mean?
The minimum spend is the dollar amount you agree to spend on alcohol at your table. Nightclubs don’t serve food; dayclubs do.
Your final bill is minimum spend + tax + gratuity + venue fee. Confirm the full total when booking.
Do I need a VIP table?
No—a VIP table isn’t required. It certainly helps with getting in quicker, better drink service, having a space to host girls, and a much better overall experience. But Las Vegas isn’t like New York or Miami: free guestlist options and regular tickets are available, depending on the event.
How is seating reserved?
Bottle service reserves seating with an agreed beverage minimum. General admission does not reserve a seat.
What are the benefits?
Your dedicated table is prime real estate inside the nightclub. Enjoy a shorter VIP table line, no waiting at the bar, and your own server, security guard and busser. It’s a home base for big or mixed groups to stay together—and a place for a group of guys to host girls and hang out.
How long can we stay?
Deposits are typically honored for two hours after doors open. Running late? Let me know so I can arrange to hold your reservation later.
Once you’re checked in, the table is yours until the party ends—even after you finish your bottles or meet your minimum spend.
What about pricing and capacity?
Pricing and capacity vary by night, DJ and group size. Need more spots than the website lists? Let me know—we can discuss options and see how we can accommodate your full group.
What identification is required?
Everyone must be 21+ with valid government-issued photo ID.
Will there be a line?
Yes—table guests use a dedicated VIP line for faster entry. It can still get busy during peak arrival times, so arriving early helps keep your wait shorter.
Can someone else book?
Yes, but the deposit cardholder must bring the card used for the deposit and their ID. If they won’t be there, tell me in advance—approval is required.
Is cash accepted?
Yes. A 20% deposit is paid by credit card in advance. We can refund that deposit when you arrive so you can pay the full amount in cash at the venue.
What gets added?
Your bottle-service bill includes 8.375% tax, a 12.75% venue fee and 15% gratuity on top of your minimum spend. Confirm your full total before booking.
Can I cancel?
Cancellations must be made at least 96 hours before the event. This deadline applies to all events. Let me know before the deadline if your plans change.
Can I change or refund a paid booking?
For table reservations, cancellations must be made at least 96 hours before the event, including holidays and special events. Contact me before the deadline. Ticket changes and refunds follow the ticket provider’s terms.
